Monet's Garden at Giverny - sold

Oil on canvas, 11"x14"

This is another view I painted of Claude Monet's gardens at Giverny. His estate and garden are beautifully maintained and walking through his gardens was like being inside an impressionist painting. The dahlias were in full bloom and even the clouds looked perfectly impressionistic and painterly.

Monet's Waterlily Pond - sold

Oil on Canvas, 10"x8"

This is a view I painted of Monet's waterlily pond. In addition to his beautiful paintings Claude Monet also created an amazing garden on his estate at Giverny from which he drew inspiration. This incredible artist not only created masterpieces based on what he saw in the world, he brilliantly shaped his own surroundings to express his vision. It was surreal to physically be inside a Monet painting. As a painter and garden enthusiast I am deeply grateful to Monet for his legacy.
